Located at 30 Park Place in Tribeca, the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is one of Lower Manhattan’s most prestigious addresses. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and developed by Silverstein Properties, the 82-story tower combines luxury residences with a five-star hotel experience, offering sweeping skyline views and world-class amenities. Our team was entrusted with a complete gut renovation of a full-floor penthouse residence, transforming the space to reflect the owner’s personal style and exacting design standards.

The project began with full demolition and reframing of the apartment’s core layout. We reconfigured closets, reframed interior walls, and coordinated extensive plumbing and electrical rough-ins to support high-end European fixtures and imported finishes. The scope required precise planning and execution to ensure compatibility with custom systems and international specifications. Working closely with the client’s Italian millwork vendor, we oversaw the installation of specialty panels and custom furniture, ensuring seamless integration into the architecture. Throughout the renovation, we coordinated directly with the owner to manage evolving design changes and scope refinements, maintaining transparency and control over a complex, multi-layered build.
