Perched above Billionaire’s Row, Central Park Tower is the tallest residential building in the world and a landmark of contemporary luxury living. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture and developed by Extell Development Company, the tower rises 1,550 feet above Midtown Manhattan and houses some of the most exclusive homes in New York City.

Our team was brought in to execute a comprehensive large-scale finishes renovation for a private residence within the tower. The project seamlessly integrated custom detailing, high-touch finishes, and specialty lighting throughout the home. The scope included replacing every door in the apartment with custom oak veneer doors, along with upgraded brass hardware throughout. We facilitated the installation of two expansive pocket door systems and replaced the kitchen’s original marble flooring with new hardwood to match the existing oak floors, achieving material cohesion across the unit.

Hidden linear lighting, chandeliers, and discreet AV integrations were installed throughout, including a high-performance speaker system concealed behind architectural elements. In the bedrooms, we furnished and installed custom bed frames, wallpaper, and decorative sconces to complement the residence’s refined interior.

Extensive custom work was delivered for the library, pantries, dry bar, and banquette area, each piece designed and fabricated to match the apartment’s architecture and functional needs.

Completed within one of the most prestigious residential addresses in the world, this renovation reflects our ability to deliver elevated interiors with precision, discretion, and design integrity.
